WATER TOWER DEMOLITION UPDATE

WATER TOWER DEMOLITION UPDATE: The Country Meadow Place (17396 Kingbird Avenue, Mason City) water tower is now scheduled to be torn down this Wednesday, March 21st at approximately 10 am, barring any technical or weather issues. Thank you for your interest in the progress of this project!

COUNTRY MEADOW PLACE’S $3.9 MILLION ADDITION TO KICK OFF WITH REMOVAL OF HISTORIC WATER TOWER

CERRO GORDO COUNTY – Country Meadow Place, a Mason City retirement community specializing in care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, has announced the construction of a $3.9 million addition which will offer 20 new Assisted Living apartments as well as shared common space. Construction will begin with removal of the community’s recognizable water tower, which can be seen from Highway 18 just east of Mason City.

$3.9 Million Assisted Living Addition Planned for Country Meadow Place

CERRO GORDO COUNTY – Country Meadow Place, a Mason City retirement community specializing in care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, has announced the construction of a $3.9 million addition to the existing 36 apartment community. The over 21 thousand square foot addition will include 20 Assisted Living apartments and a variety of useful common areas to meet area demand.
